Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our handmade Cizora Arts pieces!
Each artwork is crafted and packaged with great care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refund or Return

We accept refunds or returns ONLY if the canvas art arrives damaged or defective.

To qualify, you must provide:

1. A complete unboxing video (mandatory)

  • The video must start before the package is opened.
  • Show the sealed parcel from all sides, including the shipping label.
  • Open the package on camera without any cuts or pauses.
  • The damage on the canvas must be clearly visible in the same video.

2. Clear proof of damage

  • The damage must be visible and obvious on the canvas.
  • Additional photos may be requested for verification.

❗ Without an unedited opening video, we cannot process refunds or returns.

What Qualifies as Damage?

  • Torn or ripped canvas
  • Scratches or dents on the artwork
  • Severe bending during transit
  • Misprints or major color defects
  • Frame damage (if applicable)

Minor variations in colors, textures, or lighting are normal for handmade canvas art and do not qualify as “damage.”

Refund & Replacement Process

If your canvas art arrives damaged:

  1. Record the full unboxing video.
  2. Email the video + your order number to:  +92 3298508600

  3. Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, you can choose:  
    • A replacement canvas, or   
    • A full refund via your original payment method.

Important Conditions

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • The canvas must remain unused and in its original packaging (if return is required).
  • No refunds for:

      • Change of mind

      • Ordering the wrong size

      • Color differences due to screen settings

      • No unboxing video

      • Damage caused after delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, if they haven’t been processed.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available if the canvas received is damaged or defective.
